Every Wednesday some of our members take a 3-6 mile hike on one of the many trails in CNY. The first Wednesday of each month during Sprin, Summer and Fall is usually devoted to trail mantenance. We will walk from the Erie Canal parking area to the park entry at the old gravel pit on Manlius Center Rd. After a short, steep climb, we will hike in the open areas of the park with some nice scenic views. Peg Whaley, 315-633-0154

We will visit Fort Stanwix (Rome), Oriskany Battlefield and General Herkimer’s Home (Little Falls) with admission to his home included. We may also watch the rock climbers on Moss Island and take a short hike there on the island. Dick Lightcap 315-682-6635
